Salty pear compote

Combine this surprising fruit compote with yoghurt and your favorite granola and in no time you have a great breakfast on the table.

How to make it

    Peel and core the pears.

    Cut into cubes and put in the cooking pot with the all the other ingredients. If the pears are not very juicy, you can add a little water.

    Stew on a gentle heat and let simmer until you get a soft compote. You can also mix the compote for an extra smooth result.

  • maple syrup 1 tsp
  • salt 1 pinch
