Our answer to this question is always: in the way you like it best. Because granola can be eaten in so many ways: we love it simply with (plant-based) yoghurt or milk and fresh fruit, a warm fruit compote or coulis.
But granola is also a great topping for your acai bowl or creamy oatmeal and adds a crunchy element to your smoothie. Granola is a perfect base for overnight oats, a convenient breakfast that you can make the night before.
